Sunrise Towers is a class "A" ten story mixed use office and retail building built in 1985. The building contains 225,000 square feet with an exterior enclosed by an aluminum and glass curtain wall. The total number of parking spaces in the multistory parking garage and the uncovered area total 695 spaces. The principals of AmeriFirst participated in the replacement of the exterior glass and the management and sale of this asset.
