AmeriFirst Capital Group in conjunctionwith Birchmier Construction completed the 68,600 square foot Anchor Road Commerce Center in March 2007. The development is an office/flex condominium and has had an absorption rate of 8,000 square feet per month.

The purpose of this development was to build an affordable condominium office/park and service center for the trades and skilled small business. This facility offers affordable space, serves as a business incubator and provides employment opportunities. Tenants include light manufacturing, warehousing, wholesaling, storage, assembly, and distribution of goods.
