Capital Group provided conceptual site plan expertise and predevelopment
consulting for an 185,300 square foot retail and office/flex
development on a 15 acre site in Poinciana, Osceola County,
Florida.
The site is located 30 minutes from the main gate to Disney
World.
The funding to widen Poinciana Boulevard from a two-lane road
to a four lane divided highway is in place and construction
will begin soon. This site will remain in inventory until the
Home Depot and the shopping center is completed.
This site was acquired by Poinciana 15 Acres, LLC in 2007 for
$1.83 per square foot.
